The selection of candidates will be made by this Directorate as per the following merit & the prescribed scale of weightage to be acted upon for such hiring shall be as follows:
- PG- 80 Points (on a pro-rata basis).
- M.Phil-0s Points (Across the board).
- Ph.D./ NET/SET-10 Points, (Across the board and in case the candidate is having all three shall be awarded for one only).
- Publications (National & international level)-O5 Points, one point for each such publication up to the maximum of 5 points
