Health & Medical Education Department Posts, Advertisement 02 of 2021. The Operative Part of the Judgement follows as under:- “TA 5646/2021 and TA 221/2021 along with all the MAs are dismissed. All the interim orders stand vacated. The respondents are at liberty to proceed further to complete the process of selection and appointment of candidates as per advertisement notification no 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021
