The period of contract in case of contractual employee s shall be initially one year, terminable on one month’s notice from either side. The extension shall be subject to need of the Society and the performance of the incumbent.
The above positions shall be coterminous with the life of the scheme/programme.
No claim on employment in the Government or continuity of the contractual employment shall be admitted after closure of the scheme.
